We also have the ability to offer movement as part of your treatment. Fitness is shown to be able to reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression.

Everyone's story and reaction to experiences are different and there isn't a textbook treatment plan that benefits everyone. At RVA Personal Wellness we take a very person-centered approach and will apply the counseling theory and techniques that are best suited to you and your goals.
Although all treatment plans are individualized, one thing will remain the same through all plans; it will be client-driven.

You will drive the session. You will also be challenged to look at things from different perspectives and explore and challenge your current thought patterns and behaviors with Layne as your non-judgemental guide. Layne also uses workbooks, journal entries and prompts. Expect homework! Nothing works if you don't.
